• YOU MUST BOOK THROUGH OUR TRAVEL SERVICE IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REIMBURSEMENT.
• You are responsible for making your own hotel reservation.
• Reimbursement is valid only for designated hotels.
• Call 1.800.528.8700 or click here to make a hotel reservation.
• In order to receive a reimbursement check you must fill out the online buyer hotel reimbursement form.  You will receive a confirmation once your submission has been received.
• All reimbursements will be mailed out after the Show.
