Sign up for the Buyer Reimbursement Program and the Chicago Collective will give you $50 back for each night you stay in one of the designated hotels mentioned below. Qualified buyers can pick up travel reimbursement checks at the show office during show hours. Buyers must present their paid hotel receipt to receive reimbursement. Please see below for complete rules and regulations.

Discounted rates do not reflect $50 reimbursement that will be given at the show. The reimbursement is provided by the Chicago Collective and not by the travel service or individual hotels.

RULES & REGULATIONS

• YOU MUST BOOK THROUGH OUR TRAVEL SERVICE IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REIMBURSEMENT.
• You are responsible for making your own hotel reservation.
• Reimbursement is valid only for the hotels listed above.
• Call 1.800.528.8700 to make a hotel reservation.
• In order to receive a reimbursement check during the show you must return the buyer hotel reimbursement form to the Chicago Collective via mail or fax. You will receive a confirmation once your form has been received.
• Please call 312.527.7903 if you have any questions. You must wait until the last day you are present at the show to claim your check. Reimbursements can be picked up during show hours in the show office when you present a valid receipt.
• Checks that are not picked up by 3:00 p.m. on February 5 will be forfeited.
• IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION FROM THE CHICAGO COLLECTIVE, YOU ARE NOT SIGNED UP FOR THE PROGRAM.
