  • Check your email for your badge - It will come from the CHICAGO COLLECTIVE. 
  • Print your Badge.
  • Your badge will be scanned on the Show Floor.
  • Pick up a badge holder from the bins on the Show Floor. 
  • Enjoy the Show!

NEW BUYERS

credential requirements 

The Chicago Collective is a to-the-trade-only trade show. To register attendees must be an official buyer and comply with all credential requirements.

In an effort to provide a productive sales environment for exhibitors and buyers alike, we require each buyer to provide the following credentials:

  • Photo Identification

One of the following pieces of business identification:

  • Current Retail Business License
  • Store Commercial Lease
  • Current Tax ID #

One of the following pieces of employment identification:

  • Copy of Payroll Check/StubPersonalized
  • Imprinted Business Card
  • Copy of W-2 Form
  • Company Credit Card With Employee and Store Name

  • Bring your barcode to registration on the 1st Floor to receive your Badge. 
  • Your badge will be scanned on the Show Floor.

NEW SIGN UP FORMAT: 2017 Buyer Travel Reimbursement Program

We’ve simplified the PROCESS!
Buyers will now sign up during the show. The Chicago Collective will reimburse you $50/night, up to 3 nights.


STEP 1

BOOK YOUR HOTEL ROOM through onPeak on our website or call 1800.528.8700. Hotel rooms must be booked through onPeak to qualify for the Reimbursement Program. [Valid nights: July 29, 30, 31 ]


STEP 2

Fill out the REIMBURSEMENT FORM in the 7th Floor Show Office, before the last day of the Show. Hotel invoices are not required. 


STEP 3

Checks will no longer be handed out at the Show. Reimbursement Checks will be MAILED within 2-3 weeks after the show!


If the buyer travel reimbursement form is not filled out before the end of the show, travel reimbursements will not be honored. No exceptions. Please allow 2-3 weeks for checks to arrive via mail.
